Class 2 become dinosaur explorers
Duration: All morning
On Thursday 20th June, the children of class 2 visited Manchester Museum and had the chance to become palentologists for the day. They discovered how to dig for fossils and what equipment they would need to do this.
The children partook in activities such as, looking at different shells and fossils, listening to and creating their own dinosaur sounds and making moulds of dinosaur footprints.
Class 2 looked all around the museum and were very excited at meeting the Stan the T-Rex and many other dinosaurs. The children had a great morning and were well behaved. Thank you to all of the parents who helped out on the day.
